Notes:
Bruins legend Rick Middleton signed two cards for me.  One is for the 1984-85 Topps set I am working on.  The other, a 1981-82 Topps card, is the very first hockey card I ever owned.  Notice the pin-hole at the top of the card.  That's from when it was pinned to my bulletin board.  As long as I was sending an '84 to him for my set, I absolutely had to send this '81 card, too.
