Notes:
Charles Romes was a 12th round draft pick in 1977 who became a star on the outstanding Bills defenses of the early 1980s.  His outstanding play continued throughout the middle of the decade, providing one of the few bright spots on some dreadful Bills squads.  He moved on after the 1986 season, just before the Bills turned the corner toward becoming one of the dominant franchises in the NFL, but still ranks among the club's all-time leaders in games, interceptions, and tackles.
