Notes:
Many Twins fans were dumbfounded by the team's waiver claim of former Royals pitcher Dusty Hughes this offseason.  While the mass exodus from the Twins bullpen left ample opportunity, this was a guy who was deemed expendable by perhaps the worst pitching staff in all of baseball.  It also caused the Twins to waive Rob Delaney - considered a top relief prospect as recently as two years ago - to create a roster spot for Hughes.  (Delaney was claimed by the Tampa Bay Rays.)  Give Dusty his due, though.  He was fantastic throughout spring training, and definitely earned a spot in the bullpen.
