In addition to being one of the greatest American-born hockey players of all-time, the outspoken Jeremy Roenick has always been one of the most fan-friendly star athletes. How many other shoe-in first-ballot future Hall of Famers have an address for fanmail on their website (roenicklife.com in Jeremy's case), with instructions to include return postage for autograph requests? Still, I felt a little guilty about sending four cards. I had to, though. He has three cards alone in the 1991-92 Score set that I'm trying to complete, and I figured I might as well send an Upper Deck rookie card, too. You know, as long as I was writing him. No problem. All four cards came back today, sharply signed in black Sharpie.
