Rob Wassenaar is a Minnesota native who came to the Twins organization from the Angels in a trade for Bert Blyleven in November 1988. He never did make the majors and became a minister after his playing career ended. He has been the Twins' team chaplain for at least a couple of years... not sure how many. Anyway, he returned this card signed and added a note apologizing for the long delay in his response. Quite all right, Rob, and thank you!
Oh how fun to see this! Rob was a pastor at our church for a long time. Love him and his family.
