Item Sent: 1975 Topps, 1976 Topps, 1977 Topps
Item Received: 1975 Topps, 1976 Topps, 1977 Topps.  All signed in thin black Sharpie.

Notes:
Waseca, Minnesota native Jerry Terrell was a weak-hitting, good-fielding middle infielder for the Twins in the 1970s.  Now living in the Kansas City area (he finished his career with the Royals), he quickly signed these three cards for me, adding more '70s Twins and more Minnesota natives to my collection.  Thanks, Mr. Terrell!

Item Sent: 1991-92 Hoops, 1993 Topps Archives
Item Received: 1991-92 Hoops, 1993 Topps Archives.  Both personalized and signed in black Sharpie.

Notes:
I've written it on here before, and I'll write it again... can't stand the current NBA, but I sure did love it in the '80s and early '90s!  As the abstinent, Jheri-curled power forward for the Lakers "Showtime" teams, Green became the NBA's all-time ironman.  He nicely personalized both cards I sent.  Thanks, A.C.!

Item Sent: 1990-91 Pro Set, 1991-92 Stadium Club, 1991-92 Upper Deck
Item Received: 1990-91 Pro Set, 1991-92 Stadium Club, 1991-92 Upper Deck, 4x6 Photo. All personalized and signed in black Sharpie.

Notes:
We have a winner!  The Philadelphia Flyers great and former North Stars wing has provided the best return since I got back into this hobby a month ago.  Not only did he sign and personalize all three of the North Stars cards I sent him, but he added his own 4x6 photo (in a Flyers uniform), personalized and with his "Guffaw" nickname.  He even covered the postage in his own envelope and returned my SASE untouched, allowing me to reuse it.  Total class act.  Thanks, Mr. Propp!

Item Sent: 1991-92 Upper Deck
Item Received: 1991-92 Upper Deck, 1997-98 Pacific Invincible.  Both signed in blue Sharpie.

Notes:
I love this!  I sent one card and received two, both beautifully signed.  Mr. McKay included a note saying, "Sorry, mixed up cards, wasn't sure what was what."  I guess if anybody is missing a '97 Pacific that they sent him, they should contact me.

Dan Schatzeder

Item Sent: 1988 Fleer, 1988 Topps
Item Received: 1988 Fleer, 1988 Topps.  Both signed in blue Sharpie.

Notes:
Schatzeder was the lone lefthander in the 1987 Twins bullpen.  He had a rough regular season, but came up big in the postseason as the winning pitcher in game six of the World Series.  He's one of the only '87 Twins who I never acquired an autograph from as a kid, so this is pretty cool.

Weston Weber

Item Sent: 1990 CMC Tacoma Tigers
Item Received: 1990 CMC Tacoma Tigers signed in blue ballpoint.

Notes:
I decided to try building as large of a collection as I could of signed cards by Minnesota-born athletes.  I can already tell that the most challenging and fun part of this project will be tracking down the countless minor league baseball players.  Minneapolis native Weston Weber spent several seasons in the Oakland A's organization, and he is my first success among Minnesota natives who never made the Majors.

Michel Goulet

Item Sent: 1984-85 Topps
Item Received: 1984-85 Topps signed in blue Sharpie.

Notes:
I'm having great success with hockey Hall of Famers!  On the heels of very quick returns from Phil Housley, Bobby Clarke, and Brett Hull comes this one-week return from Quebec Nordiques great Michel Goulet!
