I would imagine that a professional hockey player could not ask for much more than to be a fan-favorite in Montreal.  Enter two-way grinder Mike McPhee.  He was a selfless worker for the Habs teams of the '80s, thrice winning the team's "unsung hero" award, and was a clutch playoff performer who helped the team to the 1986 Stanley Cup.  He spent one year in Minnesota and scored 40 points for the final North Stars team in 1992-93.
