Former Twins utilityman and pinch-hitting specialist Chip Hale has been managing in the minor leagues for years and is now the third base coach for the New York Mets.  He signed three cards, including the 1989 ProCards Portland card -- the fourth one I've received as I attempt to collect a signed team set.
