Notes:
One of the all-time great Buffalo Bills linemen, Ritcher was a first-round draft pick in 1980 after winning the Outland Trophy as the best collegiate interior lineman at North Carolina State.  He was a backup for the AFC East champions that year.  He became the starting left guard in 1983, just in time for the long stretch of mid-'80s futility in Western New York.  When the Bills started turning things around in 1988, Ritcher was the veteran leader of the line.  He was the anchor of the incredible line that led the Bills to four straight Super Bowls, and went to back-to-back Pro Bowls in 1991 and 1992.
