Notes:
Sammy Johnson was a backup running back for the Vikings in the late '70s.  He never had an official NFL trading card, but when I noticed his North Carolina Collegiate Collection card, I thought he would make a fun and obscure addition to my collection.  In addition to signing the card, he graciously included a signed black and white photo depicting him as a Viking.  Very cool return!
