Former Twins pitcher Terry Felton is the owner of two of the most dubious records in baseball history.  He went 0-13 in 1982 - the most losses in a single season for a pitcher who failed to win a game.  He also holds the career major league record for most losses without a win (0-16) thanks the the three losses he accumulated in 1980.
