Notes:
Sal Butera's son Drew is in his rookie season as Joe Mauer's backup for the Twins. Like Drew, Sal was a weak-hitting, defensively strong catcher. He bounced around between several organizations between his two Twins tenures before being reacquired mid-season in 1987 - just in time to back up Tim Laudner for the 1987 World Series champions.
