Paging through Harvey Meiselman's Hockey Address List, you'll find a lot of addresses in Minnesota, Michigan, and Massachusetts.  There are not too many former NHL players residing in New Orleans.  Jeff Lazaro is a Boston native who played two seasons for his hometown Bruins in the early nineties.  He spent the next few years bouncing around in the AHL and pro leagues in Austria and Germany.  In 1997 he joined the New Orleans Brass of the ECHL.  He would play five seasons for the now-defunct Brass and has remained in the Crescent City ever since.
