Notes:
Like I always say, "When you have a chance for an autograph from a punter named Bucky, you take it!" Bucky Scribner was an average punter. Not great, not terrible. He had two okay seasons in Green Bay and was then out of the NFL for two and a half years before signing with the Vikings near the end of the 1987 season. He spent the entire 1988 and 1989 seasons in purple, sandwiched between Greg Coleman's decade-long run and four years of great punting from ex-Steeler Harry Newsome. After losing the job to Newsome in 1990, Bucky didn't find another in the NFL. He did have one of the more fun names in Vikings history and I guess that's his legacy to me.
