Notes:
"The Penguin" is widely known as a generous TTM signer, so as a big fan of the mid-'80s Cubs teams, I thought I'd try him. He didn't disappoint. I know have a signed Dodgers card and a signed Cubs card of his in my collection, both signed elegantly in black Sharpie. Thanks, Mr. Cey!
